Condition: Wheels have been refinished. Wheel faces were stripped and powder coated, lips and barrels have been stripped and are fully polished. Wheels include new assembly hardware. Center Dishes and Caps have also been polished.
Wheels Include: Original Racing Hart Tracer Center Plates, Clips and Hexes.
Disclaimer - Wheels are 25+ years old, although the wheels are restored, these wheels have been repaired to a usable condition. Wheels are not brand new and will have little imperfections on the face, lip, center plate, hex nut and or wheel barrel.
